AppSage is a no-code platform that enables users to build applications using AI-guided conversations. We provide tools to create, deploy, and manage applications without writing code.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Create applications that are harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of applications and content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AppSage, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Payment Terms

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPSAGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
